This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit the Website or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Individual products in the Nami ecosystem (for example Nami Exchange or Nami Insurance) may be operated under their own terms and privacy notices. Where that is the case, those documents govern your use of the product.

• Information you give us — such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.

We do not use this Website to collect wallet private keys, seed phrases or passwords for any product. Nami Foundation will never ask you for your private keys or seed phrase.
